INTERNATIONAL MASTER DEGREE PROGRAM
in the field of
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES AND INTELLIGENT SYSTEMS

GENERAL INFORMATION

Duration of the program – 2 years (4 semesters).
Duration of each semester – 17 weeks.
Program format – full-time studies.
Beginning of studies: the 1-st semester – on the 1 October;
                                     the 3-rd semester – on the 1 September.
Document received after successful completion of the program – Master of Science (MSc) Diploma in the field of information technologies and intelligent systems issued by St. Petersburg State Polytechnical University.

PROGRAM CONTENT

ECTS points (total): 120 ECTS credits per four semesters.
Core modules (semesters when taught):

• Modern Problems of Computers and Information Science (1, 3 semester)
• History and Methodology of Computers and Information Science (1 semester)
• Computer Technologies in Science and Education (2 semester)
• Programming Technologies (1 semester)
• Modelling of Systems (2 semester)
• Neuroinformatics and Neurotechnologies (1, 2 semester)
• Intelligent Systems and Knowledge Engineering (1, 2 semester)
• Distributed Artificial Intelligence Systems (2 semester)
• Operating Systems Concepts (3 semester)
• Information Systems of Safety (3 semester)
• Scientific and research work in term (1, 2, 3, 4 semester)
• Master's theses preparation (4 semester)

EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

Due to the highly qualified staff and modern pedagogical approach students are provided with a high scientific level and methodological knowledge.
Teaching staff – DSc and PhD holders.
Language of study – English.
Types of studies:

• lectures and seminars;
• exercises and practice associated with lectures;
• applied research project.

Examinations – in the end of each semester.
Graduation – MSc degree is gained upon passing the final exam and master’s thesis defense.

POSSIBLE FUTURE EMPLOYMENT

Research and technical activity in development of innovation technologies and systems.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

To be admitted to this program the candidate should produce the following documents:

• BSc Diploma in Computer Science and transcript or an equivalent degree according to the system of education;
• the candidate's previous grades, scores and recommendations;
• the copy of the passport.

The documents (copies) can be sent either by e-mail or fax (listed below).
The candidate's fluency in English is essential.

FEES

Tuition fee per year  3200 Euro.
Accommodation per month according to conditions 45-100 Euro.
Medical insurance 75 Euro.
Cost of meals for a month 150-250 Euro

Mastır derecesi eğitimine üniversite mezunları;

1-  Statüleri başvuru yapmaya uygun adaylar sitemizdeki bilgi formunu oldurarak veya danışmanlarımızla irtibat kurarak başvuru sürecin başlatabilirler. Adayların durumlarının sağlıklı değerlendirilebilmesi için ‘transkript – not döküm belgesi’ni getirmeleri önemlidir.

2-  Danışmanlarımızla yapılan öngörüşme sonrası profilleri programlarımızla örtüşen adayların başvuru işlemlerine başlanır. Başvuru için gerekli dokümanları hazırlayan öğrencilerin müracaatları depozitlerini de yatırdıktan sonra başlatılır.
